We investigate building problems in all of New England:
- New Hampshire, including Manchester, Hanover, Nashua, Laconia, Portsmouth, Keene, Claremont, and Lebanon areas
- Massachusetts – statewide, including Springfield, Northampton, Worcester, Boston, Lowell, Fall River, Cape Cod, Nantucket, and Martha’s Vineyard areas
- Vermont, including Burlington, Montpelier, Rutland, Bennington, and Brattleboro areas
- Maine, including Augusta, Lewiston, Bangor, and Portland areas
- Rhode Island, including Providence and Newport areas
- Connecticut, including Hartford, Norwich, Waterbury, New Haven, and New London areas
We have also traveled as far as Florida, Virginia, South Carolina, and California.

- Inspecting wall and ceiling cavities with a borescope
- Finding hidden moisture and water leaks using infrared thermography

- Reviewing indoor air quality testing reports for insurance companies and court cases
- Conducting phone consultations with clients
- Giving presentations on indoor air quality for professionals and homeowner organizations
- Testifying as expert witness in legal proceedings
